What are the end goals?

Most organizations need bold ideas, but few create space for internal entrepreneurs to thrive. While startups operate with agility, corporate innovators often face roadblocks like unclear value propositions and ownership, lack of cross-functional support and bureaucracy, and/or risk aversion – the list goes on and on!

This program helps professionals:

  • Learn to operate like a startup inside the organization
  • Launch new business ideas using real customer insights and lean experimentation
  • Secure internal resources and stakeholder alignment
  • Prove value quickly and scale innovation sustainably
  • Create compelling pitches that win internal support and budget
  • Build the confidence and skills to lead innovation efforts—even without formal authority
  • Shift from “idea person” to “intrapreneur” with a roadmap for execution and scale

What PCCE participants are saying

Individuals enrolled in the Professional Certificate for Corporate Entrepreneurship learn how to become “intrapreneurs” and operate like a startup inside the organization. Participants launch new business ideas confidently and successfully with a roadmap for execution and scale. Here’s how they describe the experience.

One of the things I really appreciated about the course is that Furman tapped into instructors who had real-world experience. These are people who’ve built businesses, and they can talk about their positive and, more importantly, their negative learnings.”

Brett Owen, Head of Incubation, North American Michelin Innovation Lab

I just heard from one of my team members the other day that they go back through the material often and refresh themselves and make sure that they’re still applying those learnings.”
